Chez ISS - episode 3: next evolution, combining simple ingredients to get that “back on Earth flavor”

Welcome back to Shay ISS.

Today we'll be harvesting the fresh greens from our little greenhouse here.

We have the wasabi mustard and the kale of some fresh leaves for tonight's recipes.

And now we are traveling to Shay ISS to take a sneak peek at what goes on when no one's watching.

Jessica Mir has soyanca, a Russian cabbage meal, and she is slowly making what looks like a

kimchi roll of sorts here.

Jack almost lost his tortilla and it looks like he might be making an American classic, a hamburger with mustard, ketchup, and fresh lettuce.

Look at that soyanca roll.

Delicious.

You can see she's enjoying it with the cat apron and wow, that's mouthwatering.

Jack.

Over on the other side, passes to himself, catches himself, and takes a big bite.

And that also looks delicious.

Something to think about at home.
