27 行My family, my family is stupid.
They're good stupid, but they're stupid.
And I think infusing a little bit of my family's stupid into the work that I do sort of makes
life bearable.
I feel like every time I'm winding down a psilocybin journey, I laugh hysterically.
It causes my whole body just to be like, wow, this is one beautiful cosmic joke, and it makes me laugh.
Now I'm picturing my family on psilocybin, which is too much comedy.
For many years, asking for help was very hard.
I was very depressed and I was very ashamed of how I felt, and so I didn't want anyone to know, and so I didn't ask
for help.
But I will say asking for help and learning to be vulnerable is like something that once you do it, it gets easier and easier to
do.
It almost becomes like a superpower.
Asking for help is harder, but I think it's because we presume that the help we offer is wanted or helpful.
Asking is harder because there's vulnerability, but offering sometimes is almost Too easy, and it's hard to have that little moment of decision where you can
humble yourself and consider the possibility that you actually don't know what to do
and all you can do is be present.
An AI therapist.
I have recently been using one called Sonia.
It's unbelievable.
I've been doing real therapy for, you know, 15, 20 years.
This AI therapist is as good as my real therapist.
Right now, I'm obsessed with my PS 5.
There's like three games out that I'm really eager to play.
Pragmata, finally Hades 2 is out on the PS 5.
I kind of am in that mode where I'm like, I need to figure out how to explain why I'm being antisocial without my friends doing
a welfare check on me.
